3. PREPARING YOUR HOME

Having a small budget to prepare your home for sale can pay huge dividends. I  will work with you and make recommendations to maximize the value of your home. You will be surprised what a few cans of paint can do to make your home that much more sellable!

4. DECLUTTER & CLEAN

This is a key factor. Decluttering and removing personal objects goes a long way to making buyers feel comfortable in your home. If necessary, rent a storage unit for a few months. A good thorough cleaning is necessary. Even steam cleaning the carpets can be an added benefit.

5. PHOTOS & VIDEO

In consultation with your myself as your agent, I will book professional photos and videos, depending on your specific marketing plan.

6. SHOW YOUR HOME

Time to find a buyer! Make sure your home is in tip-top shape all the time. To keep all of the showings organized, I use an online text or call system to book showings.

7. RECEIVE AN OFFER & NEGOTIATIONS

The best case scenario is a bidding war, but it doesn’t always happen. Once an offer comes in, I will help you understand the terms and conditions of the offer and advise you whether to accept, reject or counter the offer.

8. CLOSING THE DEAL

I can recommend a lawyer, if you don’t already have one. Your lawyer will converse with the Buyers lawyer prior to closing. Your lawyer will also have you bring in keys prior to closing.
